A: We provide existing samples for free, but freight will be on your side.For customized sample, we will charge sample fee,after place order, We will refund the sample fee.

A: For items in stock, 1 piece is accepted, for customized order, depending on different items.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A:Generally 3-4 days after payment for stock. 30-40 days after payment for customized order,it depends on the products & quantity.
Q:Can you send free samples?
A:Yes, free samples are available; just express fee needed. You can provide your a/c like DHL,TNT, or you can call your courier to pick up from our factory.
Q: What’s the payment term.
A: Payment by western union or Alibaba escrow, T/T 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance for bulk order before shipment. We also accept B/L or Trade Assurance through Alibaba.
